HCL Sametime Forum : ST Meeting Server doesn't start

I installed Domino Server 9.0.1 32-bit, WAS 8.5, DB2,System Console 9, Community Server 9, Proxy Server 9 and Meeting Server 9 on one host(for testing). I'm trying to start Meeting Server and run startServer.bat. After that I see the error:
